These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of this website and to the purchase and use of dog training services provided by Bryony Cole, trading as Dog Trainer Bryony.

By using this website, making an enquiry, booking a service or purchasing a service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. About me

2. Dog training services

I provide professional dog training and coaching services designed to help owners understand, communicate with and train their dogs.

Training may include, depending on the service booked:

  • Obedience training

  • Relationship and communication work

  • High-drive and working-dog training

  • Behavioural training and problem solving

  • Puppy training

  • Lead work and engagement

  • Recall training

  • Impulse control

  • Training for sport and working dogs

  • Advice and practical coaching for owners

Every dog is an individual. Training outcomes cannot be guaranteed, and I cannot guarantee that a particular behaviour will be completely resolved or that a dog will achieve a particular level of performance.

The effectiveness of training depends on a number of factors, including the dog, the owner's consistency, the environment and the amount of training carried out between sessions.

3. Booking appointments

Appointments are confirmed once a booking has been made through the applicable booking system or otherwise confirmed by me.

You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide when booking is accurate, including your contact details and information about your dog.

Please let me know before your appointment if there are any significant changes to your dog's behaviour, health, circumstances or training needs.

4. Payment

Payment must be made in accordance with the price and payment terms stated at the time of booking.

Unless otherwise agreed, payment is required before or at the time of the relevant service.

Prices may be changed from time to time. Any price change will not affect a booking that has already been confirmed, unless otherwise agreed.

5. Cancellation and rearrangement

If you need to cancel or rearrange an appointment, please provide as much notice as possible.

Appointments cancelled or rearranged with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged in full.

Where I am able to fill the appointment with another client, I may, at my discretion, waive
